  1. That’s a super cool house, Ned. If we weren’t under travel restrictions I’d move to the Philipines right now and bid on it. Also…even though she tried to hide in all-black, I saw the side bump! ๐Ÿ˜

You guys should take it. Starlink should be coming online in a year or two, so might be another option for fast internet in the near future.

  2. That is more like it.. 20Kphp.. The owner made it presentable.. Only one floor is a plus.. The only con, is no fence for your dogs.. Guess it is hard to find everything perfect.. Nice place.. Bruce

  3. I visited this house a couple days ago. They need to get rid of the 10 dogs they have if they are serious about renting it. Another problem is there is a big building being built just next to it. Besides that, great place.

  4. Noisy noisy noisy,,absolutely no privacy with all the activity from the sari-sari store and other things going on around the would be no problem to see through those sheer curtains at night time.. most burglaries are committed by someone you are acquainted with or someone that knows someone that you are acquainted with.. a beautiful house but if it was only more private on the edge of town on a lot by itself it would be a keeper.. just my opinion for what I would be looking for after I arrive..I hope you and your beautiful wife find what makes you all happy..I really enjoy looking at the rentals you show us..thanks๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿค—

  5. I don’t have to live in the Philippines because I get a state pension every month.
I have social and health insurance.
A Filipina is also social and health insurance in Germany.

  6. Has anybody told you yet what that thing is out in the yard that has all those wide rubber fingers in it? I can’t read to find out I have cataracts in both eyes… I’ll tell you what it is you put 1, 2 or 3 chickens in there and it’ll pluck them for you after you get the motor started it’ll spin around like a washing machine on spinner cycle and the friction of the rubber fingers while the chickens are spinning around, getting knocked around , one against the other will pull all of their feathers off. Of course you have to have killed it and quite possibly cut off the head. It’s kind of gruesome but they are dead and that is how your chickens come when you get them in the grocery store they’ve already been through it.

I learn that how somebody got murdered in one of those true crime shows and I went online to verify the details or what might have been dramatized. It is right properly called a chicken plucker.

  7. Would be a great place if not for the other people living there. I don’t need a care taker, and my wife could run the store, so those are deal breakers. If the other people were gone, the barking dogs problem would be solved. But I don’t suppose the owner would consider that. Probably relatives, diba?

  8. So many barking dogs the store with people coming and going all day and night. A piggery and construction.ย
That’s a hard no at any price!
