Valencia House For Rent – $300/$400

This house is in the community of Valencia, just up the mountain from Dumaguete. It’s $300 unfurnished and $400 furnished. If you’re interested shoot me an email and I’ll provide you with the contact info. I only talk about houses and places for rent if I happen to be there… as a favor to the owner.

  1. Bud, I don’t know why Ned wouldn’t like this one.. He has been looking.. Unless he doesn’t want one up the hill.. Nice place, and the price is right for that size place.. Thanks for the video.. Bruce

  2. Very nice home and the price will be right *if the owner who lives upstairs* will have a separate entrance/stairs from the outside of house not from the inside of it!
Good luck and wish you all the best Bud. Be safe, stay safe, keep distance! Best regards/NedπŸ‘πŸ‘

  3. Hi Bud you know that Ned is looking with his wife for a bigger place why don’t you tell him to take a look at this place you never know if it will be ok for them

  4. That is a very nice house Bud and the price is reasonable. The weather in the higher elevation Valencia should be a bit cooler so lower AC electric costs as well.
