    1. Thank you so much my friend.  Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences goes out to all the families and friends who lost love ones during the recent shootings at Terminal 21 in Korat Thailand. All the best!

  1. Great video Joe this condo is too much for me but I may see if I can get one for just maybe 3 months just try living in Bangkok see if I like it or not. Thumb’s up..

  2. Great presentation of the rental unit, if someone is going to stay long term it would be smart to purchase a unit instead of paying 2,700 dollars and then 5 years or10 you leave Thailand sell it ,that way you’ll be ahead of the game, thanks Joe

  3. HEY JOE AND GIFT, W O W ! ! ! THAT’S A REALLY NICE CONDO BUT YEAH, A LITTLE OVER MY BUDGET TOO. BUT WOULDN’T THAT BE NICE TO COME HOME TO EVERY DAY. THANKS FOR SHOWING IT TO US.

    1. Had a 95 square meter two bedroom with a hot-tub in a room next to master BR. Two showers. 3 A/C’s with air purifiers in them at 5 baht per kwh electricity and 250 baht per month water. Electricity was average 800 baht per month and one A/C was always on. Suede wrap around couch teak business desk with fax, etc…. one block off Nimmanhaemin Road in Chinag Mai. 22,000 baht per month. Got all my deposit money back also. Two year lease.

If someone shot me a sane price on a place like this I’d consider it…because it’s nice. But as a car dealer once told me as I knew how to pay best price for cars “You are on Mars as I a screaming best deal for you while standing on Earth”

I got the price I wanted for the car anyways…but for real on this one…see Mars story above.

      Good Vid my friend.

    2. @Foreigner Joe I lived in Bangkok for years, this would still be considered extremely overpriced. You should do a video about how many empty condos there are in bangkok. Thanks for the video Joe enjoyed it.

    3. Last week i was talking to a real estate agent as i was being shown around a condominium which is managed by the same company that manages the condominiums next to Icon Siam (the new upmarket shopping mall on the river). I ask about the price of a 2 bedroom condo in the condominium just out of interest. The rent was about 200,000 -250,000 baht/month.

  4. Beyond my budget too but looks like a good setup and a value for a small family who want to be in Bangkok. I like the hardwood floors throughout. My place and many Thai condos have tile floors in most of the unit that are frankly pretty ugly.

  5. So glad to see both your faces. Big sign of relief!! Prayers for all those families.

Paul says that condo is perfect for us!!! Can we move in next week?

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣jk!!
    Take care you two. Xoxo

  6. I always watch your videos by saying ” Hi Joe how are you” and you always reply by saying you and Gift are doing great. I know then it’s going to be a good video…..Also my condolences to anyone in Thailand who is feeling the pain or lost loved ones in Nakhon Ratchasima.

  7. Hello Joe , that’s a bit unusual a condo with three bathrooms , two okay you can understand that but three ?, you would not find that many in a multi shared hostel place .
Thanks for the video Joe , all the best .

  8. I guess that AUD $4,200/ Mth in city central , furnished is OK . A little more than i’d expect though . Thanks for showing us – wine on the balcony would be very nice .

  9. good stuff man! you mentioned your meetup – i had a sub mentioned “have you been to Joe’s meetups?” . I don’t know how to find info – send you an email. looking forward to connecting here in the city of angels! 🙂 Peace!

    1. Thank you! I do meet the first and third Sunday of the month with subscribers, viewers and anyone else that wants to meet up my friend. Here is a link to a video that I did, that gives detailed directions on how to get to True coffee. https://youtu.be/4spm7j8aXvk. Unfortunately, this coming Sunday 16 February, I will not have a meetup as I will be out of town. All the best!

  10. Not a bad Weekender for those who have deep pockets or who can pop over for longer weekender Thank-you Joe n Gift. Heart felt condolences to the Kingdom of Thailand. D.

  12. I was expecting Robin Leach’s voice saying “champagne wishes and caviar dreams”, very nice place for those that can afford that lifestyle and there are people that can, just not me 😔 Thanks for sharing, many blessings to you, Gift and family🙏
    Cheers 🍻

  13. Great video on finding a quality condo in Bangkok, Thailand!!! Joe, maybe you teach classes in youtube speak, this was really good work. All the best. Out…………….PS, very progressive:)

  14. That price range is definitely in my ‘comfort’ range. I’m paying close to 3 times that price in Manhattan and I’m sharing the rent. I’d prefer Tokyo but Bangkok would allow me to live like a king.

    1. @James Christopher Thank you so much for the sub my friend, greatly appreciated. I tell the rent and size of the condo at the 7:18 mark of this video. While there are cheaper condos to be had, this one cost 85,000 baht a month ($2,730 USD). All the best!

  15. People like these rental property videos. Right next to my hotel there is a sign – 3 bed/3 bath For Rent. Contact K Lek. 089-4887197. Maybe you would to do a video on it. It is on Sukhumvit 13 about 400 meters north of the main road and BTS line.

  16. It’s a bit much for my gf and I. She owns her home in China. I own my home in America. We are currently searching for a vacation home in a neutral location. It should also be a great investment. Bangkok and Danang seem to be our favorite hangouts 😊

  17. A very flash condo indeed. Thanks for showing us around Joe and Gift. Yeah the Korat shootings are a tragedy. My buddy’s wife’s friend was there inside working and managed to hide until it was over. My condolences to those who lost loved ones.😪

  18. Why don’t you include your girlfriend in the video? I mean like talk TO her? It just feels weird when she is in the video and not beeing included. Don’t you think? She probably has allot to add…

  19. When I see the prices for these places it really makes me question the real estate market. There are so many high rises in that city, there is no way that they are anywhere near filling them with the wages that people earn in Thailand. Maybe they are using them for tax write offs by saying, “We are losing $2700 a month on each of our 100 apartments in this building.” Or something along those lines.
