  2. Electricity must be very expensive in Philippines. It must be aircon I guess? I pay less then 50$ monthly for my 230 square meter house and I complain it is too much lol. Good luck guys!

  3. Thanks for the tour Gio, it’s a nice and spacious place you have. The outside area looks nice, and the big gates keep it nice and private and secure. I would prefer somewhere like that for an extended stay to living in a condo. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed it.

  4. Thanks for the tour Gio – looks like a comfortable place that just works and for reasonable money. I hope to visit in January 2021 (+/- depending on travel possibilities) – love to treat for a coffee/lunch if you guys are still around.

  5. Thank you for what you do …
So what is your total on rent and electric a month and how far is the nearest town and is there any close public transportation close by ??
    Thank you again
I enjoy watching all your videos

  6. 320.00 a month beats what I’m paying here in USA. I have a $1160.00 a month morgage here in Houston, along with nearly 200.00 a month electric bill in summer, 53.00 month for water, & 60.00 a month for my home security alarm system! Would love to pay what you’re paying!

  7. A real nice place. You didn’t mention that it is also furnished That makes a difference in the price you pay for rent. I prefer the one-floor plan over two. Nice outside area also. I certainly can see why you stay there.

  8. Hi Gio! John Baptist here – I’m married to a Pinoy here in the UK for many years but hope to return to the Phils ASAP when things settle down around the World & here? We like the look & price etc of your apartment but of course you don’t want to give your exact location away..? Anyway thanks for this interesting video – we sent you a message on your Facebook account? Cheers, John & Bing. (y)

  9. Nice place! I was wondering how long did it take you to get used to money conversion in the Philippines. I guess what I’m saying is hundreds and thousands there means tens and hundreds in the USA. Numbers can be intimidating when you talk about money. That’s why I’m asking how long did it take you to get adjusted to the pesos calculation conversion.

  10. Huge! Cheaper and bigger than my place in Mexico, but electricity is included and I’m right in the heart of the city. Thanks for this, Gio! I know what to expect once I can ever get there.

  11. Having a good internet connection is essential these days, and to have it, plus the cable TV included in the rent is an A plus! Not to forget the most important things, that is comfort and security…. I hope you are having a nice and relaxing day with your lovely partner and friends! Thank you so much Gio for sharing! Best regards/Ned

  12. Nice apartment, especially for $320 a month. But I was wondering what exactly you guys get on cable tv. Are most channels in English? Do you get American tv shows? One person I asked said tv sucked… I should bring a streaming device..
Also I was wondering what health care is like for foreigners in The Philippines. I believe the Philippines has a veterans administration there? Is there a veterans hospital there? Doubtful, but I heard the Philippines is the only foreign country with an American veterans administration?
