  1. I’ done taxi’s 500 baht ($16 U.S,) negotiated, and mini bus. Never again on the mini bus (van), you wait and wait and wait. 1st to fill up the Van than stop some where along the way to pay and they try to get more money out of you. Than they drop off passengers at their respected places of lodging, passing out hotel 2 times. because they did not know where it was at (I had to tell them). by the time we got to our hotel it was almost 5pm when we arrived in Phuket airport around 1pm. I feel the bus will take long than a Taxi. So I’ll stick with the Taxi’s Thank you

  2. Keep on going and going, enjoying your daily short vids. In my last trip, I used VecayPhuket direct from their website, airport pick up to destination and saved a nice % compared to regular taxis, extremely straight forward and their driver waiting with a named placard at the airport.

  3. Last time I was in Phuket the mini bus/van was 180 baht but you had to wait for it to fill up, there was different ones for different destinations via hotels.

  4. I used them to travel from phuket to Bangkok. 1000 baht. But want the smart version lol. 13hr trip but was drinking the night before so slept lol

  5. I live in Rawai, when I land on the airport I just want to go straight home, sitting on a bus that stop on all this beautiful places is just not the alternative for me, but if your name is CheapCharlie it’s all good πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

  6. I love what you are doing Rob. Very hard thing to do. Learn how to use tools like Google Trend to see what people are looking for in your niche.
Explore the Island interior. The waterfalls and swimming spots. Watch others in your niche and get ideas (they do the same).

  7. I didnt know about the bus. I had paid 900 to get to Patong from the international airport in 2018. How much is the meter plus one hundred? Can you recommend any BnB’s where you are? Would have been a better plug if you had compared Nord with the others. Dont know what on earth a VPN was anyway really. Hey Mister, why dont you do a video on how to use Nord VPN?

  8. Hi πŸ‘‹ this is me again Abdeen Yunes from Bahrain πŸ‡§πŸ‡πŸ˜„..I asked you kindly if you make a vlog regarding retirement in phuket as a single is that having some disadvantages like if you get sick….how you will do if you need help and you are alone …..please gave me your experience in this issue…because really I am planning to be alone there …..please do this vlog πŸ™πŸ™πŸ‡§πŸ‡πŸ‡§πŸ‡

  9. Surely the Phuket authorities need to negotiate a merchandising deal with Thailand Rob and replace the Rabbit card with a Squirrel card.

  10. Don’t forget the Red Airport Bus to Phuket Town, I just used it today for 100baht and it runs about once every hour, you pay cash on board! I had to use the van service from the airport to get to Patong for 180baht, but if there’s very few passengers you will have to share a taxi for a deal
