This is a travel vlog to give my subscribers a Thailand report. Today, I am talking about how to survive working at home during these national and global, stay at home suggestions. This is day six of my self isolation. I am becoming extremely bored and sad working from home everyday. I gave myself a new routine today. More stretching, walking, eating healthy, and staying hydrated. My new routine seems to have worked for me. I thought I would pass it along to others.   2. Tempapedic pillow at the small of the back and a mouse that is vertical and not horizontal..better for your wrist. I’m teaching online and it’s been a life changer.

  3. Greetings from Queens, NYC, the epicenter of the US COVID-19 cases! I’ve been working from home for the past two weeks and occasionally get up and go for a walk in my garden before coming back to work in the house

Sounds like you have a pretty good plan, I can’t sit for long periods of time so I do a lot of paperwork at my kitchen counter so I can stand up, now they have stand up desk but you can always improvise with a sturdy plastic/wood box or shelf. Hopefully everything will get back to some normalcy soon, keep doing as much life as possible 😎✌️

  5. Good tips Jeremy Other than travelling a few times a year for my job I usually work from home.
    You were correct with all your suggestions.
    A few of mine are.
    1. This is a great time safely to do some fasting. It will cleanse your body and conserve a lot of supplies too.
    You can usually contact your Dr Or some other professional before attempting this.
    Just pure Lemon juice and water works for me. Or try a -juice fast or go vegan for a week
    2. walk the steps/stairs of your building or jog in place for a while.
    3. Write that novel you have had in the back of your mind all these years. back it up a lot on 2 different drives.. ( get up intermittently and stretch etc.)
    4. After a bit of exercise bathe your favourite way Ie Shower bath etc. Then relax with Bluetooth headphones in a dark room and LISTEN to a great story
    5. For at least an hour a day listen too or watch COMEDIES! and above all else LAUGH !! There is so much negativity out there just smile and be happy to be you.
