Bangkok and Pattaya are included in these restrictions. Phase 3 and 4 are what we are currently going through here in Thailand. This video provides the latest updates on how Thailand is beginning to reopen, and ease restrictions for those looking to travel to Thailand for vacation or work. If you have a work permit, currently, you can enter Thailand. However, Thailand has not opened its borders to general, international flights.
