  1. You were lucky…looks like a tsunami hit some places…I wouldn’t go to where was hit for a good while as it will get pretty hairy there for a while.

  2. Definitely glad to see you’re ok. I’ve seen the damage videos and pictures. Honestly I don’t know how it would feel to walk through streets with bodies everywhere. So sad.

  3. I have just finished watching 2 seasons of the show “dual survival” recently and hearing you make comments about a bugout bag and hiding out in the jungle and the distress in other videos just reinforces the importance of having emergency gear such as water filters, fire, etc always on hand. Especially when civilized society was literally uprooted you have just got to be able to survive until things settle.

  4. Thanks for letting us know that you re safe and that Bohol was not hit as bad as we could have feared. Do you have any info regarding the situation in Aklan?

  5. So glad you are okay Henry ! When seeing the news coverage of the damage Yolanda did, I prayed you were okay. Thanks so much for all your great informative videos. Be safe there my friend.

  6. “Hurricanes, cyclones, and typhoons are all the same thing; we just use different names for these storms in different places. In the Atlantic and Northeast Pacific, the term “hurricane” is used. The same type of disturbance in the Northwest Pacific is called a “typhoon” and “cyclones” occur in the South Pacific and Indian Ocean.”

  7. Henry, I am glad to see that you and Bohol were spared major damage. I have been following you for some time but have only made 1 post before. I was planning on arriving in PI late Jan via Cebu and hoped to get to meet you before going on to Palawan. Retirement time. Now wondering if I should delay arrival. When are you going home for the holidays and returning?  I wish the best for the people of the Philippines in their hour of need.

  8. Glad you and most of the residents in Bohol came through this tradgedy fairly unscathed.
And my heart goes out to the millions of other people in the Philippines who where not so lucky.

  9. Thank God your ok!! My family said prayers for your safety Henry!! We’ve been busy collecting donations clothing ect dropped off to red cross here in san jose ca. My in-laws live in QC so everything is good with them. Best wishes prayers and love to you!!

  10.
