  1. i am local here in vietnam and i can say no one is going out over here, they shut down all schools no work, they shut down all bars and clubs so no where to go at night. you cant travel freely cause unsafe. foreigners i know is getting out before its too late.

  2. It’s madness in the U.S. with stores shelves being wiped out, businesses closing, enforced curfew and in-house volunteer lockdown. I’d advise people to stay in Vietnam if you’re already there and willing to stay and teach online until it passes and schools open. It’s great that Ninja Teacher has visa extension options for those staying. Best of luck to all of you, take care of yourselves!

  3. HELLO I WOULD JUST STAY RIGHT WHERE I AM .THIS VIRUS IS JUST ABOUT EVERY WHERE YOU GO… AND RETURNING BACK HOME WANT MAKE IT ANY DIFFERENT…HAVE (FAITH!!! AND TRUST AND BELIEVE (GOD)!!! 4. I’m sticking it out too! I made a video on my channel about life in Vietnam during the corona outbreak. I think the govt is doing a great job so far.

  5. What do you mean “we can guarantee”..?! Just advice pople on how to get it, what type of visas are you talking about and so on. Im pretty sure it doesn’t take more than 10 seconds to explain … unless you are withdrawing public information just cause you want to make a profit

  6. VISA extensions should be the last thing you should be worried about, I’d be more worried on the possibility of getting a commercial flight home. The Vietnamese are forcing people into isolation and paying their costs, the last thing they’ll do is force you on a plane.

  7. The whole idea is staying where you are at, do not travel. My parents asked me to flight back to Vietnam few days ago as the situation here in New Zealand is getting worst. However, I do believe that it would be more risky in term of getting virus when I travel by plane and you never know that Vietnam or any countries that you transit might just shut down their border by the time you arrive there.

  8. I also have my doubts about how much longer the Vietnamese government is going to be “doing a great job” at dealing with this thing. Just look at the general state of the educational system, and extrapolate from there. I don’t have any illusions, and am staying mainly because it’s too risky to leave, there’s nowhere else to really go, I work from home, and am essentially suicidal (in other words, if I die it’s no biggy). If it ends up being “less bad” here then I’ll consider it a gift from the gods. If not, we’re already in hell…

  9. Can anyone recommend the best bet for getting work online quickly? Are palfish/cambly any good? I’m a very experienced/qualified Australian teacher stuck in Cambodia suddenly out of work.

  10. Bro, Vietnam is one of the safest country to be in right now due to the very low infected cases. This the time when i wish i was there more than anything.
