    1. Jerry…that house and that location was 2.5M peso..$50,000 USD. Overall cost on YOUR 🏠 will depend on many other factors…

    2. @Russell Herndon I should have qualified my answer. Areas farther from a major urban area, the real estate prices should be reasonable. “Cheapness” if the land is completely subjective, though.

  1. Over my budget 😒 never did like big open areas. I like a little dividing between rooms..but nice home πŸ˜‰πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

  2. Nice. I want to build differently. Steel studs with more outlets and the ability to customize in the future. Looks very comfortable πŸ‘Œ.

  3. Pretty amazing value, for a well finished project, nice clean lines etc.
My dear wife paid that nearly 30 years ago for our 3 bed bungalow ( with large front terrace with another covered terrace above, accessed by a narrow iron staircase ( which I can just about squeeze up lol) for a nowhere such a good finish!
Problem is , was built on large family lot, with 5 relatives sharing it.
    So don’t have individual title’s!
Unaffordable to get 5 seperate titles. So couldn’t sell, get a loan etc!!
More fun in the Philippines!! πŸ˜‚

  4. Very nice job, I like the tiles that are down now, better than the ones ordered. The house will look great when it is finished, Sandy is a great building supervisor

  5. I need to build one like that on my wife’s farm land here. That one is very nice. Maybe nicer than I would build? If I could find someone to do such a good job.πŸ‘.

  6. The house was nice and beautiful but i still really like Brian and Maricel’s life style simple esp maricel she’s not materialistic most important is the long term earnings for the future love u guys
