Province living and Chismis (Gossip) are a big part of things here. If you don’t want 10,000 people to know your personal business then stay in a city, and move frequently.

Thanks for nice look around there Rod, I love the scenery and nature of the provinces, but after having experienced several stays there, I’m pretty certain that I couldn’t live there full time. Maybe just outside a city would suit me best, where city and province are easily accessible. Thanks for sharing.
Not sure if I could ever live out in the countryside. I value time being at peace alone, but I still crave some kind of social contact. The only real social activities out in the boonies are church-based and I’m allergic to any form of organized religion. Thanks for the insightful piece Rod.
