At the time of making this video, Pattaya is a ghost town. Pattaya Soi 7, has many bars for sale and for rent in 2020. In this video, I walk the entirety of Soi 7 in Pattaya. I show you how many bars and shops are available for sale, and for rent. The number of bars for rent is alarming. Pattaya, Thailand is a world famous tourist destination. The problem is, currently, there are no tourists in Pattaya. If you have been thinking of investing in a bar in Pattaya, now may be the time. Pattaya nightlife will likely not return to normal for a long time. The popular, Pattaya, Soi 7 is an example of how bad the tourism industry is in Thailand right now. 2020 has not been nice to Pattaya, or other tourist destinations in Thailand.

  1. I’m afraid this is only the beginning. I personally feel it will be a year or two before things open up fully in Thailand. Even when they do open there will still be countries lagging behind. The US (where I am) will still be fumbling our way through the situation. We are so divided here we can’t even agree if it is night or day. Thanks Jeremy. All the best. Mitch 🙏

  2. Just a generic statement re:this style of video.. LOVE IT👍. a fair number of your vids are you sitting in your apt which are great for information. but.. Just good to see u out and about

  3. I guess it’s not so shocking to me because I’ve been here the entire time. During the lockdown, all the activity on Beach Road came to Jomtien. I can’t speak for the bars because I don’t go to them, but everyone was in Jomtien all weekend. Traffic was even bad Monday evening.
