We picked up on the early chatting with Gabriel and yourself. Gabriel thought it was funny to say, you and Joey will be the one to carry the ice. Been there, done that myself. If you show friendship to them, they start to take advantage of your friendship and start to think they are your mate, not your employee, and can say anything to you. Thats when they forget who is paying their wages and they get cheeky. They like to show off to other Filipino’s, “he’s my mate’, even if you’re not. Having said that, Gabriel seems a nice young man.
