it is a crested serpent eagle, easy way to check is falcons wings come to a point, eagles are wider and at the end the feathers are more spread apart a bit like fingers,
@LifeBeyondTheSea – Philippines there partial to snakes, as the name suggests, so careful in them there bushes lol
@Paul Hart cool. i figured someone would know. all i knew is it would tear my eyes out if it got the chance.
A very nice place to unwind Henry. Thanks for sharing.
At the beginning of the video I thought “oh!… This escalated quickly. Lynn took all his money and kicked him out of the house.”
Just kidding but, for a second, I thought you were showing your new place of residence.
What an incredible garden AND view.
Thx for the video!
@LifeBeyondTheSea – Philippines IS THAT WHY YOU CALL IT LifeBeyondTheSea DOWN BY THE RIVER IN MY CHEVY VAN????
@Mauricio Diaz ha! “living in van.. down by the river.” 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xv2VIEY9-A8
You refer to the videos as a “show”?
@LifeBeyondTheSea – Philippines LOL!
@MrMongo321 wasn’t sure she’d know what a ‘vlog’ was, i figured ‘show’ would avoid confusion. 🙂
I suppose the TV vs. internet/vlogs, etc. terminology are becoming intertwined.
Just beautiful. Thank you Henry.
Wow..what a beautiful place. I can’t imagine the amount of work that it takes to keep it maintained. Henry, if you could provide some background info on the place that would be interesting. (I googled it but did not find much) Like how did it come to exist? What are the buildings on the property used for. With the pool there it looks like it was a residence at one point. Maybe the staff at the restaurant accross the street would have some info on the place.
@boat6868 it’s probably owned/managed by the church mafia 🙂
I have only got 3/4 of the way though the video so far Henry. Do you think they are looking for a foreign gardener! Wow what a beautiful spot. It is definitely my favourite destination of all those done in Life Beyond the Sea, great work.
Great video. Very pretty place. Fantastic view.
Beautiful birds aren’t they . Had a chance to have one sit on my GF arm in Boracay . And the pigeons were dinner lol . Thanks for the vid .
Hi Henry. another great video. can you tell me about the travel permits i need for my motorcycle? thanks bud keep up the good work. Craig
Hey you run in to some people from my neck of the woods, (the Toronto area)
Man, just gorgeous scenery Henry- you would think with a country that
poor, they wouldn’t have the money to keep up a place like that. Looks
like they spend a lot of money to keep the grounds impeccably maintained.
All those rock or stone steps, remind me of resort places in Mexico I’ve
been to, and gorgeous scenery as well. The walk up the steps, is usually
well worth while if you can make it to the top. There some really breathtaking
scenery in this video here Henry- “well done.”
Salamat Henry for another great video.
@glanos 1 glad to share the experience. 🙂
That thumbs down must be a really jealous person…they hate it that you have an interesting life …and their life is sooo boring. LOL
Nice Video, make’s me want to go visit there with my sweetheart too.
@LifeBeyondTheSea – Philippines Henry, I like most of your videos, I just haven’t seen all of them.
@spectator1100 Anything is possible now days.
@no name country fan 2015 mathematically, the ‘dislikes’ usually work out to around two-tenths of a percent of the total views. and i’ll bet it’s the same people who just hit that button every time i put out a video due to their own unhappiness. all i can say is, “it must suck to be them.” ha!
Those ladies light up when you said your girl was no longer with you. lol
@Sally Salvatore ha! i’m already spoken for. 🙂
Brother, the bridge is being held up by Bamboo Sticks? hahaha,,,oh i see some Concrete Pillars,,,,deaf deafying music to the shrine, hahaha, funny,, are we levitating.. nice place but Theres Nobody there, hehehe( 4 persons),,,where you leave your bike,,? would anyone steal it?
@BenFern kay i parked across the street, at the jo’s chicken inato, so i wasn’t worried about that at all. 🙂
A lot of stairs on this one . You put in some work . Nice people there . Amazing place .
Hello, Reekay!! Wow!! Thank you sooo much for this tour. I want to visit this place too. Have seen this from the bus many times. Now I just want to go there and indulge the view, the flowers, the garden, the visiting center. I like it much. Yeah and after here.. a visit to the Jo’s restaurant of course 🙂
@Rosita Morstad that’s a good plan for a relaxing afternoon. 🙂
Looks like a nice place for a wedding!
Probably been there but don’t think exist yet.

Hello Henry.
In your travels around the Philippines, are you seeing the imprint of South Koreans and Malaysians?
Thank you Henry.
@Marty Gray only slightly.. in a minority of the music (like, PSY) and maybe some advertising. i saw lots and lots of s.koreans when i was in boracay.. perhaps 40% of the tourists there were s.korean.
Hit the inquisition I see..:) Can see they were hesitate but you won them over quick, well done.
@Steve A if i didn’t have a g/f, i’m guessing they have some lovely relatives they could have referred me to. 🙂
How hard is it to find Catholics in The Philippines?
I hear it’s the majority. Is it true?
@LifeBeyondTheSea – Philippines Nice
@Nick Terrance i’d say about 95% of filipinos consider themselves catholic.
Wow Brother Henry! That was the nicest garden I’ve seen in a long, long, time. Spectacular!
Thats a very neat place to hang out n relax n enjoy nature..thanx for sharing….
Charming the ladies as usual, Reekay. =)
@Peanut Butter 😀
Very Nice Henry… Great to see some ladies from Toronto !!
It’s worth the P100 entrance fee.
