My Two Weeks in Shanghai

I just finished up spending two weeks in Shanghai, China for work. Here are my thoughts and reflections about the economy, the country, and a peek into some of my meetups with friends.

A: I’m Vietnamese-American from Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

A: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and travel throughout the Asia-Pacific.

Q: Where did you go to school?
A: I have a B.A. from St. John’s University (Minnesota), a M.A. degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Hawaii, a Global Trade Certificate from Saint Paul College (Minnesota), and am APICS-certified as a Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

  1. Hey Vin. China has been sending fentinol to the us. Plus all the sanctions on China right now will be hurting the economy there. Unless Chi. Goes to the table to make a fair deal things will get worse for China’s economy.

Maybe I can join one of your meet ups. My plan is to fly to Shanghai about February 25. Then I’m going to visit friends in Taipei. And I plan to go to Vietnam. I’ve been to Vietnam three times and really love it

  3. We’re doing great here in America. I’m going to get to spend a lot on Christmas this year. My paycheck is going up. My 401k is bigger than it ever has been. I can’t wait till next year to save even more money.
