Update! Bulletin! As I post his video, six types of business and leisure activities to resume on Sunday
The principles include frequent cleansing of business and recreational venues, availability of hand cleansing facilities for customers, the wearing of face masks by all, social distancing and limitation of the number of people using the venues, to prevent over-crowding.
Allowed to reopen Sunday May 3 are:
Markets, including wet, flea, community and sidewalk markets, walking streets with stalls.
Dine-in food shops or restaurants of a limited size and cafeteria.
Retail stores, such as IT or smart phone shops and convenience stores.
Recreational and non-contact sports in public parks or stadiums, such as tennis, badminton, shooting, cycling, golf courses and driving ranges.
Baber’s shops and beauty salons for hair cutting and washing only.
Wholesale and retail businesses.
Food shops in malls are not yet allowed to reopen, adding that stalls selling food or other items in markets or on walking streets must observe social distancing.
