  1. no “BIG SHEET” for the food bank? you walked right by it ๐Ÿ˜‰ If nothing else….funny to watch Pookie bump her head on the the new door ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. Chuck and Paige, I am stuck in Jomtien/Pattaya for the past two+months and I am exceedingly bored as you are. However, I watch every one of your videos and look for them every day, because you always bring a smile to my face. You are really very funny at times in your videos so keep doing them at least for me. PS: I always like and I am a subscriber.

  3. Hi Chuck. We went to Buriram last Saturday from Khon Kaen and were not stopped once. Apparently, if you are stopped, but returning the same day, there is no problem. We didn’t go anywhere that required the ‘sticker’.

  4. i can see the logic about no beer with a meal, as especially in Pattaya we would have the scammers running a bar, offering some food then selling beer, (but i think it is a separate licence to serve food)

  5. I told you before Chuck if you are bored making video’s let’s page mom teache us vieuwers how to cook Thai food you can translate it to us in Englisch

  6. today was very enjoyable. don’t see franks hot sauce, or microwave popcorn around town here in Kamala Beach. Yet at same time working to leave the past habits from usa behind. Going with whats here in Thailand it’s all part of moving on. Ps it is okay should my name get used or anything i post to your channel. Things like that do not faze me at all…….

  7. no MALLS allowed to open yet, Robinsons open for the usual supermarket shopping, gov gonna make a statement this weekend (or will they ?) lol

  8. Well done Chuck and Paige for your Food Bank donations. Some years ago I asked our village school headmaster if I could donate some books and pens as I had been told many kids didn’t have them. He thanked me but said the real need was to provide better lunches as many of the poorer families sent their kids to school hungry and the government “kitchen” budget was pretty tight. I learnt a big lesson, despite all the smiles there were people who were really doing it tough but don’t complain. I gave him about $200 and was really surprised when a few days later I was asked to come to the school. The whole school assembled, dancing, photos, the whole nine yards and a special plaque made and given to me detailing my help. Made me feel very humbled they would make such an effort to thank me. I live here on an Aussie pension but you remind me it has been a while since I made a community contribution.

  9. Chuck. Love your videos and enjoy them every day.
This is not a criticism, but an observation – you are attracted to, and eat a lot of unhealthy food.
Chips, biscuits, sweetened chocolate and a lot of processed and high carbohydrate foods.
You are not too old at the moment, but if you continue,I am sorry to say that you may have a lot of medical issues in the future.
You are already carrying some unhealthy weight, so please do some research on a healthy diet – so that we may enjoy your great adventures and videos in the future.
Best wishes to you and Paige.

  10. Nice vidรฉo, much appreciated !
Greetings from Paris to the most beautiful beautiful thai/ american family ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿงšโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  11. เน‚เธ›เธฅเนŒ เธ”เธฑเน‰เธกเธชเนŒ says:

I have been inside the house and my garden for 14 weeks, I would love to drive my new car ,, I just had the car a week before the lock down, I could only drive it once, and that was then still to the hospital ,, haha, one thing is good, now he remains new. Always love to se you go shopping..it was a good video again, so as always๐Ÿ‘up from me

  12. Great to know they have lactose milk in Thailand for when I come next was hoping to come back in July but UK government are saying they don’t think we will be able to travel until October/Noveember time so very dissapointing ๐Ÿ™

  13. Who wants to sit around watching you ride a bike? Well Chuck, most of us! You are letting us see something exotic that is different than what we can see. LOL! Thank you for donating to a food bank. So many people struggle in the best of times but then when the restrictions come in these days it’s even harder for them.

  14. Hi Chuck, yes I think everyone is bored now, here in Belgium we probably won’t be able to travel this summer. I hope we can travel back to Asia after the summer. Greetings.

  15. Hey Chuck, I love pomelo too but it’s grapefruit based and messes with my blood pressure meds. Enjoy but be careful if on meds with your enlarged heart.

  16. ๐Ÿ˜‚ You made me laugh ๐Ÿ˜‚… Scratching your face and explain to… propably your best friend Richard.. aka. D…, how do you travel between provinces… Chuck.. You bad boy.. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

  17. Bored from killing flies?? C’mon man, your life must be simpler than you admit!! I am hoping to visit Thailand in September. Hopefully we will be in a better position. I enjoy you and Paige very much. You seem like old friends. I am going to get some Alaska stickers for you. I thought I seen a shot of you and Paige by a glacier. Was that here in Alaska?I have your address. Yall take care always. If I find my way there, I may need to come and meet you and the family. Heres a topic. You may not want to go there. But, talk about the belief between Bhuddists and Christians. A lot of people who claim to be religious,, have no idea what true devotion is. I have never met a Bhuddist who ever had a question with their beliefs.

  18. I can drive to Yosemite if i want. No services open, no problem, buy my food before i leave. Death Valley same way. I’m leaving in a few days. Still locked down in California. But you can drive, who’s going to stop you in America? Ha!

  19. Your life may be boring at the moment, but at least we have the luxury to change the playback speed or even jump forward in the video to make it more bearable. Try this with your life ๐Ÿ˜Š

  20. CC’s are good. Not quite Doritos but almost as tasty. Eaten them since a kid but it took me longer than it should have (decades) to realise CC’s stands for Corn Chips 555
Thumbs up for your generosity and the generosity of your subscribers.
PS I think talking about Richard made you touch your face more than the hot mask haha. I see it was your middle finger. A co-incidence I’m sure haha. Keep up the good work mate.

  21. Your radar detector is going off when it passes the door openers. Just in case you wondered.. ๐Ÿ™‚

Well done on buying the food for the give away

  22. I think your mother inlaw wants to feed you so much because u are very generous with board and jobs you do around the house so good to have a son inlaw like u and a mother inlaw like that.

  23. Sorry to hear that you are bored. At least we all get to sit here and watch you play with your feet on your videos. Best wishes to you and Paige. We’re almost through it.

  24. same every where im afraid .just have to get on with it .but i enjoy your videos ,i am stuck in scotland but my family is in sisaket so at least your with your wife and thai family .its getting me and millions more down .too .take care bro .all the best from scotland .

  25. I fear Soi Mafia may be correct. New spike in cases in China & Korea. These early countries are being used to study/model the infection. These new waves may make other countries very cautious.

  26. Well you did say you’re always touching your face to scratch it ๐Ÿ˜‚ and was very happy to see you help out the less fortunate and would have donated more if I knew that’s where the money was going well-done chuck and page ๐Ÿ‘

  27. im looking for stickers for paige from scotland ,im also going into the far north of scotland soon ,but i dont see an address to send to .help with that please .

  28. actually chuck, your bike videos show us other parts of town and such that we don’t normally get to see. I rather enjoy them as you are going slow enough that we can see the stuff along the road.

  29. We have drove 6 hrs to my wifeโ€™s house and called at the DIY store to get materials, the next two weeks I can DIY till my hearts content.
I also feel as my wings are clipped, like you Chuck I love my travelling.
    Take care.

  30. Great work Chuck and Paige for using your donated money to purchase this food for the needy. I’m sure those who received this food would be very appreciative. ๐Ÿ‘

  31. Congrats to you and Paige on donating to a food bank. What a awesome feeling especially during a pandemic. I did the same by donating to my alma mater, donating money for a learn a thon for the kids K – 12th grade. Keep on being charitable. Itโ€™s a great feeling.

  32. I follow a channel called ‘CBMedia’. He’s from Bangkok but is currently zipping around Isaan on a scooter as of yesterday. Things seems to be opening up. :o)

  33. First of all, love the vlogs. Today was very good. A few observations, nothin funnier than a big guy can,t wait to open a bag of chips… lol lol lol. Chuck and PAge you guys are warm and compassionate for giving to the food bank, Please make that a weekly to do, also i am sure some of us here in the USA would love to donate to the food bank, please let me know how to get you some money for it. It would be really nice if you could buy the kids in the neighborhood some snacks ice cream, candy whatever they like….. Also how about feeding some soy dogs?? I know i gave you a lot of things to do, but let me know how i can get you some money here from the US…….. Thanks Again hope to maybe meet you guys when we can travel again…

  34. yup yup yup. my summer vacation is starting and That is what eye do, Chuck. go to green river lake and drink my wine cooler (ha ha ha

  35. I ask you keep doing what you do on vlogging. USA and Texas it is slow change. Many restaurants slowly changing from takeout. Park children areas still closed off. Masks are optional, because Texas Governor said masks are optional and thus counties which require them can’t fine or enforce stringent/harsh order by a county judge. Many businesses slowly opening up. In USA, it seems many lived in fear so long, that it is hard to believe you can come back to normal.

  36. Chuck and Paige you two are wonderful people you give so much to your community not just to the school children but everyone . Chuck you may be grouchy sometimes but you more then make up for it with your giving and caring nature this video made me feel good today thank you both

  37. Hey Chuck, if you want something different to do a clip on, how about a run down on your tattoos?
I am sure there are many of your subs that like ink.
I’m sure you’ve got some video already of your journey that others would find interesting.
    Good luck and stay safe.

  38. Chuck your vids are great i am stuck in tokyo pretty much. got out of thailand before flights out of chaing mai were ended and came here to sit it out. i watch your channel and a few others from thailand to keep me informed of whats happening in the country.

  39. I like your videos, but you are becoming more over the top, we are all expierncing similair times, you seem to have a streak of sarcasim & spite that to me dosent come across to well, you are not the only Western person in Thailand and really you havent been here that long, I dont think you will ever understand a Thais thinking, same as a Thai will probably never fully understand your thought process. Anyway I do enjoy your vlogs,

  40. Stop complaining, boredom is lack of imagination. You have to work on your gratitude. So many are struggling with no work lack of food and you are in a great position so stop your complaining and enjoy what you have. M

  41. Chuck how about picking up a Thai musical instrument? Just a thought ๐Ÿ™‚ Always nice to see your vids!! I LOVE seeing you ride on your bicycle, because sometimes I notice places I’ve been before.

  42. There was a story in the Thaiger about a man and his family that let Phuket a few days ago and showed up in Chiang Mai with Covid. So now authorities are having to trace all his contacts where he is now, all along the way and back in Phuket. That’s why they are still being careful I think.

  43. That’s what my woman says to me. “Are you boring”? I laugh because she gets the past tense wrong. She has a great sense of humor for being Thai.

  44. I totally get you! I’m stuck making videos on my balcony or the little time they give us here in Colombia to exercise (just one hour). Can’t wait to get out of this lock down and make videos of my adventures.

  45. That was hysterical when you said my mother in law is walking around like a pigeon and what a nice gesture donating the food.Great video

  46. Good job Chuck.
When all else fails and relief from our internal experience can’t seem to be found go help your fellow man. Its ok that you are unable to find new experiences to vlog about. That is just how it is. I certainly can wait for your offerings without any issue or unsubscribing.
If the restrictions continue you could do a series of new daily reports. Here’s an idea; Maybe find a yoga teacher or practitioner, join with them each day and report to us how the journey through this unfolds for you.
Return to your’ word of the day’, phrases and share these for five minutes (make up sentence examples, explain the grammar, write it on the board in English etc). As a learner of Thai myself it’s interesting to see how words are used, to practice with you and hear them in real time with Thais to hear and listen to responses outside of my classroom.
How about you take up your cycle mates offering and go learn/practice meditation with him and share by setting up your camera and sharing this with us? I imagine others joining from far and wide by sitting down and crossing their legs too. What a nice thing to share with others during this time of exces spare time and stresses.

  47. For what it’s worth., I really enjoy just your everyday life. I find them really interesting and in a way I get to live a life that I can’t through you!
