Some people don’t care for a “blow by blow” video, so I summarized what happened today in this narrative. I am also uploading the “extended version” in another video where I have lots of video clips. Wishing everyone the BEST this coming year.

  1. Not to alarm you, BUT 3Feb 2009, dropped my keys. Stooped to retrieve them and fell over. Next morning went for checkup due to general feeling of weakness. Fell asleep during wheelchair ride, awakened eight hous later in hospital bed, paralyzed from neck down. Diagnosis was Guillan-Barre Syndrome. Pretty rare. One chance in 2-300,000. Nasty stuff.

  2. Bud and Gloria , please accept my sincere wishes to you and your family of sound health, happiness, well being, success and all the best.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!

  5. Recovery from a little hurt pride is far easier than healing from a physical injury – I’m grateful that the “healing” will be quick.. Sound advice, tucking your chin to avoid hitting your head – part of that pride healing process – sharing your insights and learning, so that others might benefit. Maligayang Pasko!
