I DISCOVERED THE TRANSFORMER CITY OF THE PHILIPPINES
On my travels to Subic Bay I go through a small Barangay witch sits on top of the mountain. The Barangay is called New Cabalan. What makes this barangay so cool is as you pass through there are heavy equipment parts lining the whole road. It reminds me of a place that Transformers would go to for parts. So I have named it Transformer City.

I love checking out the local areas. When I’m in the Philippines. You should have looked for a ECU for the demon Kia. HAHAHA.. always a pleasure watching your videos.
It is a pretty beach, but I’ve been told it’s polluted. I love your drone shots. Thanks for the treat suggestions for places to eat.
Hi Brian,
We are grateful that you give us a lot of new information regarding Angeles City and its surrounding areas during quarantine.
Your information helps many people, so keep up the good work.
Β You deserve support and appreciation.
Fly Brian fly
The fish vendor said 180 first time. Get your hearing checked π
Nice video Brian especially the drone footage π
I gave up watching a few network TV programs and now watching your channel instead.
You were where I live..New Cabalan..is a great place.. wish I knew you were here you could of come over for lunch.. started watching you when living in Jacksonville FL.. you had 4000 subscribe to your channel… I’m going to Pinkys for a cheese steak…lol
Yay! You said Angeles correctly without thinking about it and no “H” at 5:48 the way us kapampangans say it.
Sir Brian, That sure was a BIG breakfest, you going to gain weight
Took the same walk in January when i was there, always nice seeing your videos, hello from Austria, Gerry.

Cool video, I like car parts and stuff…did you buy the gifts for your ladies?
That was a nice breakfast Brian…I like the music…it is like the music from a tv series…Miami Vice or Hill Street Blues…something like that…
My new health Ins, assigned me to a Philly broker and he is the best ins agent I ever had..
See ya later…have a nice ride back to Angeles City…
One mans junk is another mans treasure, I love looking in junk yards
you’re lucky Brian you didn’t get stopped at any checkpoint, i went to the PNP this morning in Balibago, they told me i needed a travel pass to go to subic bay, TRAVEL FOR LEISURE PURPOSES IS NOT ALLOWED in the philippines unless you travel in your own province ifnot medical clearance and travel pass are compulsory! that’s why you didn’t see anybody and everything was pretty much closed in barrio barretto cause no one can travel!
You think that part of the bay is bad now, you should have seen it 30 years ago. Some of it was so bad as everyone using it for open sewer, you couldn’t stand the smell i many parts of it, From what I have seen in the last couple years, they have really cleaned it up.
been checking out gumleaves beach resort, couldn’t tell what the water was like. nice 1 though m8, didn’t get there, back in 1987/89. i don’t like place that look like melbourne or geelong or theres no point going. you know, before big business an progress ruins the place. stay safe an well eh!
Those garlic peanuts are addicive
future
Transformers. . …. More than meets the eye.
Nice video and trip! Great drone shots too. Inspiring! I keep telling myself Iβm getting too old (57) to learn something new- plus I take poor pictures… but you and that drone have me thinking now! I need to come up with something new to fill some of my spare time. Maybe a drone? π
Be and Keep Safe
2 years ago I was in Baloy Beach . Everywhere polluted water , no possible to swim . After swimming , I had itchy skin . Not recommended for swimming .
I got a buddy that lives up that way very good guy but very private and not social lol but great area if you don’t mind the almost straight up hike to get to the front porch lol π
No more excuses, now you’re allowed 2 up on a bike. Lut goes next time!!
Looks like you got a good bit of R&R for a couple days.
Nice beach π great day for you Sir Brian π thanks for episode God bless π
Good value for money (the breakfast)great
Hey Brian!

Thanks Brian for the walk and talk.
Harley is just beside Mangrove Hotel we’re we stayed before.. I’m happy to see New Cabalan because my relatives live there & oh their market looks new now looks more better..Thank You for filming New Cabalan Mr. Brian you always keep safe po wherever you go.. more subscribers to your Channel..
Love today video. Was sad to see the bay with the drone footage. That bay use to be so clear. You could stand anywhere on the bay and look straight down and see the bottom of the ocean. You’d think to yourself I could dive down and touch the bottom. Than you realize, it has to be deeper than it looks the U.S.S. Enterprise is docked here and your standing next to the ship, That was deep and so so clear. What happened to the bay. π Swam in the bay almost daily, don’t think I’d stand it now from what I seen. That is the first time I have ever seen a junk yard in the Philippines. Have a safe ride home…
Thanks for the trip down memory lane… Enjoyed it immensely..
Love your videos!
Man there are some big rear ends (HD truck differentials) there and I ain’t referring to the ladies….LMFAO!
Thanks for the dronesπ nice areasπ
LOL. ECQ GCQ. MGCQ CAMOTE. Q BANANA Q ALL Q. HA HA HA HA
One more BARBI Q
Hi Brian, Chris from uk here.
I just heard from one of my Filipina friends that walking street will open on July 16, do you know if this is true or not?
Sir, do you not ever eat breakfast at home?
The bay in the beginning of the video looks beautiful. You really made the right choice to retire in P.I. Mike from S Jersey
The dual riding comes with conditions such as a divider between driver and passenger. And it has to be mounted to the bike. Google it and you get a good laugh. I ride alone before I mount that hazard on my bike lol.. love the drone shoots.
@15:32 he was going to say you look to long, you buy now πππ¨β
Like your video’s . Just like iam in the Philippines. Hopefully someday I’ll get back over there . Was there in 1990
Beautiful aerials. Beautiful accompanying music
That Jeepney is what all the Jeepneys in Angeles City used to be like back in 1967… brightly painted and decorated by each person who owned it… very different from the ‘district-painted’ ones you now have in Angeles City…
I bet the Sinigang Baboy is really good. Baboy, baboy, whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
Tnx for visit, nice drone skill , get back for more ,but why you didn’t went to freeport?
How long a flight can you do with your drone? My little drone will go about 40 minutes but I don’t trust going that far out might not get back. Scared me once before it landed early.
Good job. Love the drone pics. Lots of information too. Is Arizona still there?
Sorry witch, hahaha, which is right π
Nice walkabout tour! Have a safe ride home. Thanks for the video!
Looks cool .
Very neat vblog Brian . You say top 0f hill . Along the old Zig Zag ?? Amazing to see !! Anchors to truck parts LOL. Old road has a lot of history was nothing but big jungle in the 60’s LOL THANKS FOR THE TOUR !!!
That giant anchor would look cool in your yard, the locals really like you Philly!
Not me in Subic bay. My neighbors dumped their poo in the water behind the house they lived in, dumped the dog poo and garbage in it without care.
Beautiful view, but everything else about the bay is being destroyed.
Subic Bay should be the next super cleanup in the Philippines
In your travels around the PI. How is your cell coverage? Few or allot of dead zones? Thx
Very enjoyable, Its nice to see other places in the PI.
I do believe ‘Philly’ stumbled across “The Scrap Yards of Olongapo… a lot of what can bee seen appears to probably have been scavenged from USN military equipment when the Navy weighed anchor and left Subic Bay Naval Station to the Philippines… I’m sure as industrious as the Filipinos are that eventually all that was scavenged from Subic and Clark AFB will eventually end up in some structure or to repair some piece of heavy equipment somewhere… even if all they can do is sell it for scrap to some steel recycler and it ends up in a steel beam in some high-rise condo or office building framework…
Let’s not forget that he also gave all of us a ‘new look’ at areas he hadn’t shown us before of the general Subic Bay locale… especially Barangay New Capalan… a fairly ‘new barangay’ having bee officially recognized as such in April 1971… it’s always great to see these new places and I love Brian’s ‘down to Earth’ narrations on his travels…
Keep up the great work Brian… you are a credit to Philadelphia… the USA… and all ex-pats living in the PI…
I am always drawn into ALL your videos,I love to watch from start to finish, you inspired me to start my own channel, I will be moving to PI soon as well, hope our families cross paths in the near future. Thanks
Nice drone footage. That anchor would look good in your yard.
Transformers coming apart and doing their transformer things hahaha oh gosh. This is one of your better videos buddy, nice work
This is Duterte’s Philippines – remote city from Manila – good thing is people obey basic rules e.g. masks in public – no mob rule – no police cars/stations burning abandoned. Shame on the cities of Seattle, Washington DC, London etc. why these coward mayors are there. Shame on these people – fr. Toronto CA.
A day late and 49.4716 pesos short
I agree it is cool. thats my type of sight seeing lol
havent you touch base with .. .. Subic Bay Johnny … hes blogging evweyday there in Subic Bo Baretto

How was the room? Nice spot there.
Where did you get the Drone? Amazing video
I just seen bumble bee run by
Luv the Drone shots
Nice View of the Water, liked your walking tour yesterday, Great Drone Footage, Breakfast looked great, have a safe trip home!
The filipino people make the Mexican people look lazy, and if Mexican people didn’t exist nothing would get done!π£π΄πΈπ½π
Awesome drone footage. Thank you from a fellow veteran here in San Diego.
Your drone doesn’t have a mask on, needs to get with the program.
Watch out for those TRANSFORMERS!
I could spend days looking through all that stuff Just think of all the story’s they would tell if they could talk
9:55 Hello there
Brian ask these ladies some questions. Spice the blog up a bit.
You found my barangay brian , new cabalan . Its ok there, rent is cheap and only about 15 minutes from city.
Who the heck is gonna buy a used boat anchor πππ I wonder how they got it and from what ship it came off of.
what the hell I didn’t know you had a drone, love it great footage of the areaππ΅ππΊπΈπ―π²π
