  2. Get tatay to make something out of pvc pibe with screen on the end . And have a smaller piece that is closed on the end . And use it like a coffee press

  3. Hi Brian. You may want to stay away from canned veggies. Along with cooking them in the can, they throw in a lot of sodium (as a preservative). My Doctor was making noises about putting me on high blood pressure pills, so I switched to fresh or frozen veggies only. The next month when she checked me, my blood pressure was fine. It’s been fine ever since, with no pills.

  4. An idea, keep and mix what’s left after straining, with your dogs food. They will love it, I’m sure, and very good for them πŸ‘πŸ˜Š waste not want not! πŸ‘

  5. If this was a few decades ago. Charlie would for sure have been a strong contender to be chosen the “Gerber baby” is that still a thing these days?and for time immemorial it has always been cheaper and healthier to make your own baby food. I always made double so daddy could snack aswell

  6. Little Charlie will appreciate your work Brian. You have done the right thing by doing homemade. You save money but importantly, you know what’s in it! The fibre, yes exactly right. When older he will manage easier.πŸ‘πŸ˜Š Brian, on the day you choose banana for Charlie, make it fresh. Just mash well with a fork. Seeds are fine. It will look nasty and taste bitter if kept in fridge.
