GOING BANANAS – NOT A GOOD MONDAY MORNING – KEEP SMILING : ANGELES CITY, PHILIPPINES

I’m going banana’s on this Monday morning. Once again I am having more problems with the car. Saturday I took the car to get washed and noticed I now have a water leak under the car. So this morning I took the car to the garage to have it checked out. Only thing I can do is..KEEP SMILING.

  1. 1st option get parts from Casa and make friends with the parts department. 2nd option there are FB groups in the Philippines who are owners and parts suppliers. I was able to maintain my Nissan Sentra because I did the two options.

  2. That’s the problem with owning european and korean brand vehicles here in the philippines. Their parts are hard to find and expensive. Next time just get japanese brand car you won’t have that problem

  3. Seinpost hotel is where i stayed in March and Feb 2020- the workers are WRONG it is an ad on to Seinpost- the owner is Dutch and the managers are husband and wife- Jerry and Mayette Sigua-

  4. When my family lived in the philippines my parents had to take thier jeepney type vehicle from the 70s and had car guys build a new car on top of the frame my dad even bought an engine cheap From Japan because they can only use them for a year or so to put in it. It was the only way to get a good car cheap lol The philipinos are truly talanted with building

  5. Bahala na. Basta. As you once said, it is more challenging in The Philippines. Thank you for the walkabout. Stay safe, sane, and healthy from the CHIMMP.

  6. Good day Sir Brian and thanks for the update vlog at the back of walking street road I never regret in my heart when I was living there before God bless 🙏❤️ and more power

  7. I been practicing patience in the Philippines for 3 years. It’s still not easy, but it gets better. Normally I just get drunk and go to sleep.

  8. Thanks for the walking tour. Yeah I started watching you when you lived in that apartment with the courtyard. Then you guys move to the new place with the carport. Stay safe out there!

  9. Hi Brian, nice Walk and talk, thats my aerea where i Always sleep, Horizon hotel. Amega travel was always a serious Agency. If the owner of Premierhotel is still Alois from Swiss, you get a delicious Food there. Hello to you and your wife from Austria, Gerry

  10. That’s what I’m very worried àbout, pàrts. Once this Covid-19 disappears, I’m plànning on buying an old Corolla sedan or one of those surplus Suzuki multicàbs (there are vloggers/importers located in Dàvao).

  11. Keep on walking around this places Brian. So many memorys coming up.I wonder when they gone fix the streets outside La belle helene this townhouses is nice.

  12. Hey Brian – I’ve been waiting for you to walk past somewhere that I recognized besides the common areas of that end of town. Today, you walked right past one of the houses that I rented while I was in Angeles. In the video, starting at 5:17, the house on the left side of the intersection directly across from Giovani’s Auto Repair shop and where you pointed out the old sari-sari store that was blocked up is where I rented. If you stop the video at 5:32 you are looking directly at the house where I lived. Nice o see the old place is still there. I think my wife planted those tall trees that you see. Thanks for walking down that way.

  13. Where my house is in Baguio no car parts either. Only place i get parts Dagupan and Manila.
Although there is a great black market for smuggled parts in La Union you have to know the right people.
Why buy a house too much trouble, i have owned the one in Baguio since 85 and i am always finding a new expense.
