Most of those properties are 70s and 80s style. Looking very dated now compared to whats available in Thailand, Bali etc.
One or two may be ‘James Bond; if he was still wearing short sleeve, pale blue, safari suits
These are all very old properties and hence almost all overpriced. As a foreigner you can not own the land right.. so what’s the point showing this ?! Also, the property of 22M pesos is almost 400.000$… so for that money, you can buy very good new build properties also condos/villas which are also seafront ?!
