  1. If you aren’t taking vitamins, Vitamin C 500mg twice a day, Vitamin D3 5000IU daily, Quercetin 500mg twice daily, and Zinc 75-100mg daily are recommended for CV19 prophylaxis.

  2. You’re too nice Ned.. That doctor knows she has a monopoly on the service, and she is probably smart enough to read her appointment list.. How rude.. If there was not another OB-GYN doctor in town, and you have to go back to see her, I would tell her about it.. Your day revolves around this appointment, and she just disappears?? BS.. Take care, Man…

  3. wow i don’t fit in at all with these commenters Sheeeeesh!!!
anyway i sense your nervousness with prego wife Ned that sucks with all the uncertainty. from 1 case to 9 because of 1 boat, that’s bullshit!!! where was port authority with the lasers?
and your doc was rude. 😷

  4. Try and learn deep breathing, it works if you get good at it. It does work there is real science behind it but you need to train yourself and remember to do it. I know thinking you have to learn to breath sounds stupid but you’re fighting evolution which is trying to activate your fight or flight response when you are under stress. it’s difficult to actually get good at it and to remember to do it when you’re stressed. Practice it for two weeks everyday at least twice a day and you will will become comfortable doing it. The comfortable part is important.
