  1. Well done mate, your doing all the right things, just listen to your body, keep at it and you will be like a new man, remember this is a lifestyle not just a diet!

  2. If you are really serious about taking some kilos off, you need to log everything you eat. In the evening, when you get hungry, count your calories. If your at 11600-1800 calories, maybe eat a light snack. But if you are already at or over 2000 calories for the day, drink water, and dont eat until the morning…good luck

  3. Congrats to your decision to loose some weight, no diet tips from me, just drink enough and make sure you get all the nutrition you need. The most important advise is change into better habits and be consistent. After some more time it will be still a day to day fight, so be prepared and my best wishes.

  4. I believe that if you plan to travel in August or September, you may have to isolate for 2 weeks on destination then 2 weeks on return, that’s not much good if you only got a 4 week holiday

  5. Philippines is easily 10 years behind Thailand in Infrastructure, transport and general living standards.

    I don’t understand how Manila can be more expensive than a global city like Bangkok….I just don’t see it.

  6. Didn’t watch this particular video but just do 16-8 or 20-4 intermittent fasting and hit the gym man. The weight will fly off of you. At the very least do some fasted cardio. Its best if you lift and do fasted cardo in addition.

I would suggest buying canned beef broth for when you crave salt/electrolytes ,, much much better than Gatorade… If you go a week or more ease yourself back into eating with foods like Yogurt … congrats on the home life improvement, please work on it ,, your son is beautiful , find common interests with Arianne and give her extra “space” ,,she may still be going through hormonal changes… Good Luck.

  8. Good luck Pete. With a long fast your body will probably think you are starving and slow down your metabolism, negating some of the effects. You might want to check out Dr. William Davis on YouTube. Lots of short videos on health, diet, and metabolism.
