  1. @Chris…You’re a living witness in every walk you do taking videos of the three of the 5 hospitals designated to treat Covid patients that they’re not busy or overwhelmed with patients as what IATF and national media have reported to place Cebu City under the ECQ. As you pass by Chong Hua, Cebu Doctors and Vicente Sotto hospitals, you notice that there are no ambulance or cars or patients in wheelchairs or stretchers lining up at the emergency area seeking admission. There are no refrigerated vans on standby waiting for fresh cadavers. Your videos would tell your viewers that IATF and the national media reports about Cebu City hospitals being full and overwhelmed with covid patients is a total lie. Even hospitals were surprised by the news. How come the covid beds and ICU facilities were full when only 5% of the total cases is symptomatic. In fact, two of the city’s 4 quarantine facilities for patients with mild to moderate symptoms are still empty. The other two have a combined utilisation rate of only 60%. They didn’t look at the mortality rate and recovery rate in Cebu City which are more important factors to consider just like what other countries like Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Qatar, Germany, etc. are using to reopen up their respective economy.
