Thank you for the video it’s what I have been searching for, for a very long time. If we are talking anything over 10 million peso it looks like the best option is to buy the property and build yourself. They are taxing way to much for what I am seeing. For $500,000 USD you should have your own resort, furnished and staffed for that. My uncle just built his own house right on the beach, a big beach front property he bought in the philippines. He has a bigger and nicer house then most of these. It’s a 4 bed room 4 bathroom with servants quarters, 2 story western style house of course. so the bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and nice with all the comforts you would expect in a house, in a new house in america. It also has A very large swimming pool and his own private peer with a 2 story bungalow on the end of it he had built and he did it all for $150,000- $200,000 USD. So paying over $200,000 for what I’m seeing is just not worth it at all. I would much rather take the time and build my own exactly the way I want it where I want it for much cheaper then these houses. Then if I die or move for some reason I/descendants can sell for these super inflated prices. So if your not on borrowed time definitely build it yourself and by yourself I mean hire your own contractor.

Why such a big difference in what 10M PHP buys in a home vs a condo?
