  1. Liking the google earth zoom , way cooler than my one mate 😎. Tidy looking place. I would rent a while to be 100% sure before buying, unless it’s at a knock down price. All the best Jonny πŸ‘πŸ™

  2. I’m going to buying a house, I love Thailand and I love thai girl, this is my choice and my money and I do not going to living in the Philippines!!! Forget to be a gold digger online pinoy girl forget it!!!

  3. I thought foreigners can not own property. You can own a house but have to lease the land or be married to a Thai and put it in their name

  4. Very interesting vid, this property represents excellent valve for money at 3 million Thai Baht, it may possibly sell for even less in the current climate. However, it would be great to do a series of vlogs relating to property Jonny. I think there would be a lot of interest. There are many pitfalls in attempting to purchase property in Thailand not least is the fact that forigners cannot own land and so therefore in effect cannot own a house, not in their own name anyhow. It can be fraught with dangers but very often rose tinted glasses can make many blind to some of the potential pitfalls.

  5. Really like your drone work lately Jonny. Gives a good feel of the layout of different areas, city layout, residential areas, relation to sea or mountains etc.

  6. Did the agent mention if a company structure already exists ? That would a big difference to costs, taxes, fees etc if a non Thai buyer.

  7. Hi Jonny Kevin here mate I actually had a Villa in there in the 3rd soi on the right as u go in. Paid 2.2 in 2011. The village was called pavilion then changed names twice a lot of problems. Last I heard it was called lunar. The female owners name was Ko Ning she promised so much for this village but we got nothing club house mini mart walking track child care. Big problems with her arguing about who paid for soi electric. Be careful ask that agent is she still involved

  8. It all boils down to trust do you trust your wife or girlfriend as a farang you don’t have a leg to stand on if it goes pear shaped

  9. Very appealing to the Rose Tinted glasses brigade but with a rental you can always hand the keys back if your circumstances change, but if you buy you can’t, you’re stuck with it. And your Thai bird will love that, because she’ll own it. πŸ˜€

  10. I will be looking for a home to rent in Hua Hin as soon as travel to Thailand opens up. I would like a place with a private pool, in walking distance to Restaurants. Hopefully I can find for under $1000 per month USD.
Thanks for showing the home to us.

  11. Are the still farangs stupid enough to try and ‘buy’ a property in Thailand ??. Its like me being from England and going up to Sunderland or some other shit hole and finding a poor local girl and buying her a house I can’t own. You would have to be totally fu*king stupid. Here’s a lesson if your Thai Mrs tells you you have to buy a house in Thailand tell her in a nice low ‘tone’ fuck off and to please close the door on your rented house on the way out πŸšͺπŸ˜‚

  12. So can someone answer this question? I know you can’t own the land but can you lease it from the land owner? And if so, what’s typically the monthly fee?

  13. The day you ‘buyπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚’ a house in Thailand is the day you stop fu*king your Mrs and she starts fu*king you… Not in a good way πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  14. Whats the governer think (uncle ian)..i think he would give it the nod if approval…😁.i aint to sure about stepping down from the house to step up into the pool? Would be awsome same level .πŸ‘
