JONNYS LIVING IN THAILAND VLOGS
TODAY I SHOW YOU A 2 BEDROOM AND 2 BATH HOUSE IN HUA HIN THAILAND. THE HOUSE IS $235 USD A MONTH IT’S LOCATED 5 MINUTES FROM HUA HIN MAIN CENTRE & BEACHES.

Hua Hin is a seaside resort on the Gulf of Thailand, in the southern Thai province of Prachuap Khiri Khan. Once a quiet fishing village, it grew into a fashionable escape for residents of Bangkok after the 1920s, when the Thai royal family built summer palaces here. Hua Hin Beach, popular for kitesurfing and other water sports, is the main stretch of sand, lined with high-end hotels and seafood shacks.

  1. Looks like a nice house. My advice is just don’t get a GF or if you do then no matter what never get married to a Thai lady. If you are reading this and you are married. It’s to late for you πŸ™

    1. @Gus Hansen I do but it depends where you go, you could easily spend a grand or more in some places although I can easily get drunk for just over 50 pounds in my local

  2. I’m retiring in Koh Lanta Klong Nin area in 3 years. Wish I new someone like Ian in to hook up with to share accommodations with. Great video mate.

    1. Not at this stage mate with the air pollution & this corona virus getting around. Was meant to be moving there end of april but I’ve decided to evaluate it again in August πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

    1. One can drive all the way to the Malaysian border through the Thai isthmus, from Hua Hin, then on through peninsular Malaysia to Singapore. It’s over 1500 km.

    1. It was a great house but unfortunately to far away from the main city, especially with title going to school, shopping & etc. but they definitely got a good deal. Thanks for watching πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

  3. Jonny I missed the opportunity to get to know you, you came to Ian’s place and I was sleeping in the guest room.(Last december) But next time we will meet.. (I hope lol )

  6. Nice living in Thailand cheap and many beautiful cities to visit good food beautiful culture people friendly with all smiles. I plan to go back one day stay in my mom hometown Khon Karn.

  7. Very nice accommodation for 7.5K Baht. I got a very old and basic 1 bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Lexington Kentucky in 1990! This house is a jem.

  8. Showing this location at $225 a month, is a bit weird, it didn’t come with all the added appliances. Showing it with all the additions could be a bit unrealistic for a farang considering re-locating. Never the less, enjoy Thailand and best wishes from Chiang Mai.

  9. 15K baht/mo. Bangkok (Lat Yao).

    2 floors, 2 gates/carports, 2 detached maids rooms, 1 detached bathroom.

Detached house with a large yard.

3 BR + 1 master BR. 2 bathrooms. 1 study. large living room. 6 aircons.

In a fenced off / guarded neighbourhood, with a police post at night. With it’s own dedicated pump in case of flooding. Both the house and the neighbourhood. Very quiet area.

Tell me I don’t have one of the best deals around.
