This is one of the coolest options for living and retiring in the Philippines and one that is surprisingly quite affordable. Did you know that you can live in a high-rise condo and spend your retirement years in luxury? And do it for a fraction of what it would cost you in the USA, how about from $240 to $1000 a month and you own your own condo. The unit described below is in the process of being built, it is close enough to one of Cebu’s best kept secrets, the “Ayala Terraces Mall”. I will describe some of the best condos below starting with Cebu City then on to Manila. I will update this post fairly often as I locate more nice condos. I will list links to their websites so you can go and check it out for yourself.
