This small street off Soi 71 in Bangkok is my favorite area for street food in Bangkok. Enjoy the sights and sounds of local Bangkok.

  1. I made mistake of watching video when I got home after work, I AM STARVING! lol. I had a small ham biscuit over 12 hours ago, and nothing but 2 cans of soda all day, anyway it looks delicious! now to have supper myself, lol.

  2. If you are thinking the cook is a NAZI, he isn’t. The average Thai is taught nothing about world history at school and know next to nothing about WW2.

  3. I just had Pad Thai today . Two orders 1-chicken & shrimp.2-chicken . And 2-orders of Spring rolls . Cost $31.00. In ALLEN Park Michigan It was GREAT . What a difference there and here .๐Ÿ˜€. Thanks for Blogging. I watched Sunday 8 till end . Thanks Reynaldo

  4. I have been either living or visiting Thailand for 25 years but still watch your videos because of the energetic style of your content which comes across as natural and highly engaging. Apart from Mark Wiens who pretty much focuses on food, I am not aware of a better Western video blogger who brings that energy and authenticism to the same level.

  5. Please a put map or address up of this pad Thai place, so we can find it.
Always interesting, more interesting authentic Thai food options, yes please ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Of course, first timer for Thai food shouldn’t dare order it SPICY! Twenty years ago in Minneapolis, a white lady a few tables from ours cried like crazy with “why it’s so spicy” “its burning” “I don’t know” and “why why why,” and the waitress (a Thai, of course) repeatedly responded “I told you, I told you.” The waitress could have done better than “I told you.” …. We laughed but not too loud! … It’s the waitress’s fault!!!!!

  7. let try เธœเธฑเธ”เน„เธ—เธขเธ™เธฃเธเนเธ•เธ (pad thai narok taek). it’s the most famous Pad Thai near your riverside place located on Lat Ya road. not cheap as this but very delicious.

  8. Hey Chad, thank you very much for these videos. I often want to share with others how incredible my past experiences there were but I always feel it’s impossible to come even close to conveying the feeling. It makes me so happy to see you there because I can see you get it. I feel like I am living it all over again when I get to see you enjoying that special place that’s so different from where we came from. You are the man Chad!

  9. Well done! I appreciate the stroll through the neighborhood with commentary, view of the business facade, pan of the menu on the wall, and especially the included map so one knows how to get there. Many thanks!

  10. I find myself craving Tai food and Iโ€™m not sure Iโ€™ve ever had it but damn it looks awesome! I really love Asian food as it is. Probably about 4 million bot lol ๐Ÿ˜‚

  11. I find myself walking into my local Thai restaurant with a bit of an attitude lately. Mostly because I know I’m about to pay 14 bucks for something half as good as with Chad paid 2 bucks for

  12. เธญเธตเนŠเธ” เน€เธ‹เธ™เธ•เนŒเธซเธฅเธธเธขเนŒ says:

    ๐Ÿ˜ your shows ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  13. Pad Thai with chicken for lunch tomorrow. Where they sell that in Phoenix, I have no freakin idea, but I will find it. Restaurants start opening tomorrow 5/11, finally.

  14. Supposed to coming in July for 2 weeks. What can I expect? Iโ€™m worried the vibe wonโ€™t be the same. Then going to Samui. I worry it will be dead and Iโ€™ll be the only tourist.

  15. Dude, that Pad Thai looks so freaking good right now I’m literally aching to have some! I did not even mind watching you eat for two minutes, LOL.

  16. 0:40 Video starts here lol My wife is Indonesian, i am from Adana, Turkey, where Adana Kebab is from. I thought I was eating spicy hottt stuff , when i tasted (made that mistake once) and saw How hot she is eating, its insanely crazy hot. You need to have lead stomach liner lol

  17. Why not show your viewers those “Happy Cabinets” that are popping up on many Bangkok streets where people with food to spare put food in, and people who need food get food from, for free, to fight Covid.

  18. Yaaaassss on the fried chicken. People ask whatโ€™s good to eat in Thailand. I tell them the deep fried chicken is insanely good. Hell, even their KFC is way, WAY better than the one in Murica.

  19. Actually there is no name for this place. it the front at the big sign it shows – Pad thai and Hoi thord – . Pat thai is pad thai, and Hoi thord is stir fried crispy mussel . In thai, it is normal to sell this two dish together bro.

  20. Goddamn I miss Thai food because of you Chad… Wondering/fantasizing how Iโ€™am eating those delicious streetfood while you actually do it๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

  21. When you can buy Breakfast Lunch or Dinner for $5.00 Aud. you know life is good…
My personal favorite is “TUM THAI” (PAPAYA SALAD) and “POPIA” (THAI SPRING ROLLS)…!!!

  22. the people selling the fried chicken are from Hatyai (City in the south of Thailand). the sign says Gai Tort Hatyai (Hatyai Fried Chicken). Pad Thai was a dish invented for tourists, tasty dish though!

  23. Cheers! haven’t tried this one. What would you rate as the best Pad Thai in Bangkok? My top 2 would be the shop 2 doors down from thipsamai (green) near the giant swing, and near BTS thong lor, soi 55

  24. That’s crazy dont know the name of the restaurant…. no drinks ….shady place …….. THAT FOOD LOOKS GREAT. I’m sold I’m gonna go find this place when Covid is over! Usually the best places are off the beaten path!

  25. Nice a food vid , they’ve been few & far between for obvious reasons none the less good to see yaa gittin back to some restaurants bro , i myself have been eating lots of Pad thai here in Pattaya i order it almost every other day along with other shit too of course , that being said you just gave me some new insight . . .i’ve been ordering the pad thai from the same restaurant on Beach road for the last week now & it has tofu in it & i’m not a fan of that shit but woof it down because it’s still pretty dam good …but am now gonna see if they can put chicken in it instead of ….panzzy meat ( tofu ) ….fuk that shit man ….anyways big thumbs up ๐Ÿ‘on the food vid . . . Gooder bro !

  26. Great Vlog as usual. These types of vlogs are so valuable for the first time visitor. Well produced full of information and humor! I might even buy a T haha. So many visitors are nervous to try street food for the fear on getting sick. You have more chance of becoming unwell from your “Hotel Buffet” than from a street cart! I have definitely passed on your channel to a few people. Well done Sir! ๐Ÿ™‚

  27. I would be in heaven lol I donโ€™t know many Thai dishes but Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™d like quite a few but pad thai is great and I could probably live on them spring rolls and fried chicken
